Description

Bovi-Shield® GOLD One Shot™, developed by Zoetis, is a combination vaccine designed to protect healthy cattle against key respiratory pathogens: infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2, parainfluenza3 (PI3), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV), and pneumonia caused by Mannheimia haemolytica. This modified-live virus vaccine requires reconstitution with the provided sterile diluent before administration. A 2 mL subcutaneous dose offers at least 9 months of immunity against IBR and BVD Types 1 and 2. It is safe for use in pregnant cows and calves nursing pregnant cows, provided the dams were vaccinated according to label directions with any Bovi-Shield GOLD FP® or PregGuard® GOLD FP vaccine within the past 12 months. Calves vaccinated before 6 months should be revaccinated after 6 months or at weaning. Annual revaccination is recommended. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Store at 2°–8°C and avoid freezing.
