    Description

    Draxxin® KP Injectable Solution combines tulathromycin, a macrolide antibiotic, and ketoprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), to provide comprehensive bovine respiratory disease (BRD) treatment. Tulathromycin targets key BRD pathogens—Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni, and Mycoplasma bovis—while ketoprofen reduces inflammation and fever associated with the disease. This dual-action formulation allows for a single subcutaneous injection, simplifying treatment protocols and enhancing cattle comfort. The recommended dosage is 2.5 mg of tulathromycin and 3 mg of ketoprofen per kg of body weight, administered as a single dose. Not for use in female dairy cattle over one year of age, dairy calves, or veal calves. A veterinarian's prescription is required for purchase.
