When previously vaccinated, it is safe for pregnant cows and nursing calves and offers 12-month immunity against IBR-induced abortion and BVD-related persistent infections.

PregGuard® GOLD FP® 10 by Zoetis is a modified-live virus and bacterin combination vaccine formulated for healthy cattle before breeding. It protects against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2, parainfluenza 3 (PI3), Campylobacter fetus (Vibrio), and five Leptospira serovars. The vaccine aids in preventing IBR-induced abortions, BVD-related persistent infections, respiratory diseases, and reproductive issues. A 12-month duration of immunity has been demonstrated against IBR-induced abortion and persistently infected calves caused by BVD Types 1 and 2. Administer a 2 mL intramuscular dose approximately one month before breeding, followed by a Vibrio/Lepto booster 2–4 weeks later. Safe for pregnant cows and nursing calves if previously vaccinated as per label directions within the past 12 months. Do not vaccinate calves under 3 months of age. Observe a 21-day slaughter withdrawal period.
